Floyd Mayweather Jr vs John Gotti date: UK start time, undercard, live stream and how to follow - Mo

Floyd Mayweather is set to continue his exhibition boxing career this weekend when he takes on the son of former crime boss John Gotti.

The 46-year-old retired with a perfect 50-0-0 record and has continued to box in various money-making amateur fights across the world.

'Money' is one of the best boxers to have graced the sport and has faced several opponents since retiring in 2017.

However, his next foe is intriguing, given that Gotti's father was the head of the New York Gambino crime family in the 1990s.

Gotti III has experience as an MMA fighter and as a professional boxer, boasting a 2-0-0 record in the ring.

Mayweather vs Gotti III: What has been said?

Speaking at the first press conference, Mayweather said: "I will continue to have fun and entertain until I am ready to say 'enough is enough'.

"And that's his [Gotti's] job to go out there, step on the gas and say 'get away from sport'."

Gotti revealed he intends to return to MMA after he fights Mayweather.

He said: "I have some experience under my belt with two fights against some tough opponents, and here we are.

"I am focused and we will just see where this takes me.

"But I am definitely going to go back to MMA because my last fight was a loss against somebody I had no business losing to, and that doesn't sit well with me."
